+Can I analyze multiple concepts in the same city?
Yes — each concept is a separate report. Buying boba in San Jose doesn't unlock coffee in San Jose; those are different customer patterns and different data slices.
+Do you offer refunds?
Yes — 7-day full refund if the report clearly misreads your city or concept (e.g. wrong neighborhoods, fabricated competitor data, or scoring that doesn't match documented inputs). Email support@locavisor.app within 7 days of purchase with your report ID and we'll process the refund within 2 business days. Refunded reports lose access immediately.
+How often is the underlying data refreshed?
